Shipping Policy

Shipments will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours after receipt of order. Orders will only be shipped within the US and only to street addresses - UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. Return Policy

At Retrospect by Smead, complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you receive product that does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service department via email  within 30 days after product receipt for prompt resolution. In the email, please include your daytime telephone number, a short explanation why you are returning the product, and let us know if you are requesting a return or a refund.
